I'm going through lots of video for tips, Don't matter what method they use because as long as it improve their skills, I will note it down and combine everything in my note and then develop my own method. Dave, thank you for this video.
1. why does this look different to me than the kicks that the thai people do?
2. what are the advantages of this over the thai style?

@SelfDefenseLog To be honest when i first started boxing and Muay Thai I thought there was one universal style for both but as I train I've noticed every gym has there interpretation of certain techniques like the jab, cross, round low kick, round high kick and the teep/foot jab. With this Thai Style round kick I went for the version that generates the maximum amount of force, where others are meant for speed or deceptions.
2 This style is meant for power to intimidate or finish your opponent

Watch where you put your left hand (behind the back). I don't think that's a good place to place it.

@fishywtf I've been told that before but when I'm going for FULL power I throw EVERYTHING into it. I haven't had anyone be able to spot or counter it in 12 years of sparring or fighting so I'm gonna stick with it a little longer ;)
