At 3:19 I am saying 528Hz which is Love, I am not sure about that! It was an example. I just wanted to show you how to bring such frequencies into Music. People need to try it out themselves and adjust Individual. But in theory it should work. If we find the correct frequencies we should be able to heal more effective and Organ related. I haven't experienced any damage from any of the listed frequencies until now. Im not sure about the benefits. I do feel very healthy, but that is also because of the lifestyle I'm living.
If you want to use 432Hz and harmonics(etc...) instead of the "non-solfeggio Scale", sure it is also good same principle. ; ) Or use both together. As it sounds good to YOU!

@CheriotOfLight Well the name is also in the description. The program is called Ableton Live suite, I do use Max 4 live (Max MSP) to (very powerful) and in earlier songs I also integrated a program called Reason. There are more good Programs Avid Pro Tools (Best for recording), Logic Pro 9 (Recording and producing, I use it for editing and cleaning samples a lot). And if you know one u almost now them all, since they are quite similar. It's best to use the best of all Programs. Peace, In Lak'ech
