@iljs07 Most gaijin act like that outside because they think they can getting away with it (because they usually do).In america we usually drive to get somewhere and in public transportation are what the (crazy/poor people) go on, At least in my area public transportation is assumed to be dirty/gross/smelly unlike japan.
