I also don't think the blacks I deal with "Holland" (You know it's called "The Netherlands" Right? Calling NL Holland is like calling the US Dakota) are typically subservient.

Of course in the US racism means discrimination and persecution based on skin colour by whites, over here it's a bit different, over here you can be racist to whites too. You don't speak facts. 10 million + slaves are cataclysmic or no biggie, depending on the skin colour of the enslavers. I'm not surprised that the average White (European) doesn't fall for that. Americans fire white people who use the word niggardly because due to a phonetic coincidence it sounds a bit like a certain word. I'm sure they swallow everything you feed to them. Most people understand very well what happened in the past, but people like you exploit it a bit too much.

@marinuscopy cont'; they always seem to find something wrong with my Resume, which was never a problem in the States! When they hear me over the phone, they are shocked when they see me, and immediately there are what if's and hmm's, and the rattling of their small brains, its obvious they are stoked and don't know how to tell me well we really don't have any minorities in the position, etc, ! I have no problem with anyone or any race, just don't step in my way of achievement! Moving on!!!!
