Great!!. but you didn't lock your arms out also used your legs. gymnastically this isn't perfect at all. I can do 17 reps in your way but i can barely do it strictly only 6 reps.

@dertuman Hey, i need help, im only able to do like the pull up where my nose is level with the pole, is there any other excersises i can do to strengthen those muscles so i will be able to get my arms over the pole to perform a muscle up, Help would be Greatly Appreciated :D

@leafblowinSK8 Try to get one arm over the pole first, and do it but croockedly? that will help tons. Dont worry once you get the first one the next week youll be able to do like 3 o 4 maybe. Its not that hard just keep on trying! :)
