This is a very attractive instructor; more so than the normal somewhat bland looking blondies. This one has GREAT HAIR and a nice face.
I wonder what is her ethnicity? Italian? Greek? Spanish?

You could add some resistance to the hip or do a set of these after another lower body exercises such as a lunge or squat! :)
