Aww. The death penalty is "flawed" so guys like John Couey and Joseph Duncan shouldn't have been sentenced to death, eh? They murdered their victim and that's the only way they got the death penalty. And even then, you liberals cry for dirtbags like that.

Barack Obama voted against legislation that would allow people with protective orders to have a handgun for protection.
