This is a program I compiled together using P90X exercises and Bar-Barian exercises. None of the exercises are of my creation! The idea of Compounding Reps was my idea. Aside from a couple of the names of the exercises as well, there is nothing of my creation. We just modified the first day of the P90X routine a bit to cater to improve our PFTs.
To Advance in this routine, you can simply up the overall reps for each exercise, or add 3x or 4x more Compounded Reps, or a combination of both!

UPDATE: The Rack has a good variation for the 2nd set of Dips where you angle your feet out and back as you dip down.
