We set up a FAN Separator for our customer to evaluate on their Dairy Farm. The Separator "separates" by using a press screw to remove the solid component from the liquid component in a slurry. In our demonstration, the separated liquid portion was draining back into the slurry pit.

  • @bobcatjohnc, You know we are a Canadian Company?

  • what is the percent solids you are running through the unit

  • @tertan69 This particular farm has 3% to 6% solids, Fan Separators have different screen & models to deal with higher solid content.

  • @tertan69, this particular Fan Separator can process about 60 U.S. gpm of Slurry. The flow rate is also dependent on how dry you want the solid portion.

  • what is the gmp on that application
