hard rock/heavy metal? Jimi Hendrix,Led Zeppelin,AC/DC,Black Sabbath the kings of Heavy Rock! thumbs if you agree notice how said Heavy Rock instead of Heavy Metal it's a term that makes more sense to me.

metal and hard rock are rock. just like punk, emo, goth, hardcore, rock n roll and many others. its all rock.

btw nu metal is metal. its just newer then the old metal that some of you used to hear. but its still metal. and if you dont like it, it doesnt means that its fake or something. it just means: you dont like it.
