  • yes a lot of players find them useful to prevent injuries, although I believe you should be wearing them to support a weak ankle rather than rely upon them to prevent injury of a perfectly good ankle. You run the risk of not allowing the ankle to strengthen naturally. I do support the use of the ankle support for injured ankles as it keeps the ankle in a more fixed position.

  • @livamilAVA Ive learned from experience that its always good to use them to prevent injury. Using them cant hurt you in anyway.
