Paul Rhoads was an assisstant coach for Pitt at the time. He's now the head coach for Iowa State, who just upset Ok State a few weeks back.

I'm from Pgh. and root for Pitt, but on this day I want too see WVU win and go to the National Championship since Pitt wasn't playing for anything. WVU can beat Pitt the next 50 times and still not wash that stinch off from 07. Refs couldn't even help WVU beat a bum team! SMH

You can definitely see apart of that ref die at 1:36 when he is forced by the Big East to call a BS penalty on PITT.

I think that their 2009 meeting in Morgantown will be a close battle to the end. Pat White and LeSean McCoy will be gone, but both teams will have plenty of talent on both sides of the ball.
