Raul Prieto Ramirez plays his nearly impossible transcription for organ of Liszt's 'Wilde Jagd' study.
This is recorded live at a concert in Mataro Basilica in July 2007. Raul's annual concerts in this huge church regularly attract an audience of around one thousand people.
The organ at Mataro (near Barcelona), situated high in the west gallery, is the largest in the Catalonia region of Spain.

  • Wow!! What an organist! What a wonderful organ in a super acoustic, that makes the transcription of piano music not only possible, but convincing. Thank you for the posting.

  • Ich habe schon viele Aufnahmen von Raul Prieto gehört.

Ein begnadeter Organist. Empfehlenswert auch die Phantasie über BACH von Max Reger!

    Gruß aus Bayern
