@kpsx5 Certainly not! But your question didn't seem to be addressing that. And I'm not sure why Piper thinks that suing someone (ie getting justice) is somehow "evil" - evil would be stealing from them over and above what they had taken from you, exacting revenge. How can applying to God's servant for justice is evil?!?

@M400fan i dont hold any hatred towards the driver. and i am getting the money from their insurance company (if thats what ur saying). Is that wrong?
-
@RedHatBlueShoe Because we should leave room for wrath - and the courts are agents of wrath to punish the wrongdoer (read the end of Rom 12 and start of Rom 13).

@kpsx5 Claim off the insurance company! It's called "leaving room for wrath" - God is concerned about justice here and now - but you mustn't hold any hatred towards the driver.

what if a pedestrian gets hit by a car and the pedestrian suffers from brain trauma and it ruins his life? (true story. not even kidding.) and the compensation is worth (im pretty sure) hundreds of thousands
Please pray for us...Our relatives (Darlene Martin along with her agent Jill Martin Rische), who claim to be believers, have served us with a lawsuit for posting clips of my father Dr. Martin. Please pray that the Lord will convict them and deliver us all from evil in this matter.
