    Good grief ... WHEN is it going to become part of mainstream knowledge (aka "they say ...") that natural fats and oils are HEALTHY and a NECESSARY part of the diet, and should NOT be avoided?! And that SUGAR is what is killing us and making us fat!! Oh and sugar includes all carbs.Period. That is whole grains, potatoes and rice. Cut starches, grains, sugars AND FRUITS out of the diet and GET HEALTHY! The only healthy carbs are found in veggies that grow above ground.

  • My breakfast is:

    - tbsp honey (upon waking)

    Half hour later, (most likely after morning shower):

    - 6 eggs, 3 of them which are omega-3 eggs, the rest are egg whites (microwaved)

    - A cup of orange juice and skimmed milk mixure (half of each)

    - 1 cup of oatmeal with frozen blueberries (microwaved oats with water)

    - 3 EFAs caps & Multivitamin

    This sounds a lot lol.
