@SycamoreHill14 The US didn't just start off with "core" and Nu-Metal, if you know your history the US the once the biggest place for Death Metal, and I know it might be hard to look past all that crap, but once you do you will find great metal, including my favorite US band Daath. By the way, I fucking love Melo-death and Folk Metal, Equilibrium \m/

@ISoldMySoulForBeer Yes, there is great metal from every country. But the US mass produces "Core" and Nu-Metal. While Europe, primarily eastern Europe, is developing great Melodeath and Folk Metal.
