even with the camera pulled back, it's clear that her mouth stays open. watch closely. listen even more closely: you can't hear an "m" being formed. it's just "i" and then an intake of breath.

The camera is pulled back during that part of the song. Are we watching the same video?

ah. in that case, natalie's singing a different lyric; if you watch her mouth at that point, it doesn't close to form the nasal.
It actually is "I'm." Looking at the sheet music now.

...it ends in "i." where are you hearing the "m"?
I really like how at 1:05 the line ends with the word Im. Its odd, but in a great way.
