Gordon Brown tries to say that David Cameron is Mr.10%. But in reality it is Gordon Brown who is Mr.10%, he put the basic rate of tax up on the poor from 10% to 20% to pay for his rich banker friends, so it's Brown that is Mr.10%.

Meanwhile Brown is so rattled, he streams off meaningless statistics instead of answering any of the questions put to him by David Cameron. The Speaker is disgraceful in not demanding Gordon answer any of the questions put to him - good riddance to this New Labour Speakers bias and helping Gordon at every PMQs.

Recorded from BBC2's The Daily Politics showing of Prime Ministers Questions, 17 June 2009.

  • In what world was Labour (I mean Labour, not Nu Labour) ever good for the people. The only people Labour looked out for are the idiots, the morons, the dirty, the scroundels, the thieving, the unwashed fuckers who refuse to work.

  • Lol, I never thought politics was so entertaining. :D

  • Brown should have known his figures not read them out! Why do none of our MP's know anything about Accounting? They are pathetically bad with numbers yeah fair enough Gordon is making cuts and can't admit it but why can't cameron admit he too is going to make cuts? Lol!!

  • @Wikkiter i simply dont agree with you either, labour performed very poorly and ultimately lost the election for 3 reasons 1 was the fact that they had been in power for 3 terms and their was a mood for change 2 they were blamed for the banking crisis and also other unfortunate events such as the mp's expenses scandal and 3 because of their failure to deal with welfare and immigration properly, but cameron didnt win 'outright' because people just did not trust him

  • @sopranosfan87 I'm afraid I have to disagree with you there. With Labour throwing free money at people on one hand, and the Tories threatening cuts on the other, it's pretty clear. A lot of people don;t understand the way the economy works and so will take the free money as opposed to fixing the deficit.

  • @Wikkiter and if most people vote for who their friends vote for which is a very sceptical and strange thing to say, then how can you explain why labour won a 190 seat majority 5 years after john major won the biggest share of the vote in the history of general elections which was over 14 million, the fact is that the public WILL elect a good leader who will convince them that they will govern in their interest, and people just didnt see that with david cameron and i think they were right

  • @Wikkiter the main reason david cameron didnt get elected was because he only ever did an image change of the conservative party and not a total change as labour did in the early 90's, the fact is that in this country we now have a progressive majority which is why if you add up labours and the lib dems (both centre left) votes it eclipses the tories votes by over 5 million

  • @sopranosfan87 No it's not silly. The facts are that Cameron is a Tory. The culture in this country of voting for whoever promises to give you the most money is the reason Cameron didn't get a majority.

Ask 99% of Labour voters why they would not vote for Cameron they would say something along the lines of "He's a c**t." or "Posh tw*t." without giving any genuine reasons.

Not many people watch the PMQs, and most voters vote whoever their friends vote, with no real regard for politics.

  • @Wikkiter i agree he performs better in the commons than brown did, however i have to disagree with you when it comes to tony blair, he was superb in the commons and did answer questions, and he used to trounce cameron in their weekly sessions, to even compare cameron to blair who won 3 general elections with massive majorities as opposed to cameron who couldnt even get a majority, and is almost certain not to win 3 elections is rather silly

  • @sopranosfan87 I watch the PMQs every week. Cameron performs much better than Brown or Blair ever did, he answers most questions very well and Milliband constantly makes himself look like a fool by asking the same question repeatedly despite having received acceptable answers.

  • really funny to see call-me-dave cameron here without any plan whatsoever to deal with the banking crisis but in power now he condemns labour for the same thing

  • @Wikkiter you should watch PMQS lately then, as the 'teflon' prime minister david cameron, never answers the questions either, but condemned not answering questions in opposition, call-me-dave lied to people before the election, he is a total hypocrite, and a poor prime minister
