  • Very nice live footage!

I hated this album for a long time cause I was obsessed by the pre 80's era, but I realised I was just narrow-minded, this is a beautifully constructed album.

(Am I right to say that Chris doesn't really know what's happening at 2:34? xD)

  • @kpingvin lol. If you mean the 4 beat vacation Chris takes, could be. Then again Chris likes to play against the music a lot, his little signature syncopated accents and all. Pt 1 of Awaken always sounds like he forgot something. But it was opening night and there were plenty of flubs in this show. Jon forgot the words to And You And I and had to start again. I didn't post that, but I in part 3 of Silent Spring/Talk you can see Chris flipping off Alan after one of them comes in late. ha

  • Sorry but this is not Yes. This is Trevor's band. It works. Great song. Too 80's/90's for me. Something that would be played on top 40. Even Jon refers to them turning into a pop band on his web site.

  • @TheZman1963 Sorry but I disagree. It's Yes. And I am speaking as a fan of the pre-Rabin era. Saw my fitst Yes show in San Diega with Moraz doing the Relayer tour. Learned all Steves licks from Topographic. But Jon always said, and I agree, that Yes was a principal bigger than any member or line-up. Everybody has their favorite era, and while I am more of a CTTE and Topographic guy, I love them all and will be eternally grateful to Rabin for his role in putting them back on the map.

  • I saw this show in Tinley Park, Il. Trevor daced across the 5150's like he was Eddie Van Halen, it was awesome

  • They are fine. Good one

  • I remember this one. Good one. ;-)

  • Tony Kaye is hands down the most underrated Yes keyboardist/member. His Hammond playing, in my opinion trumps Wakeman through and through. I also love the sleek look of his rig, simple, but effective.

  • @TheZman1963 This is Yes. Yes, it is Yes. Yesspaz says so.

  • Chills
