Silver-plated Super (Balanced) Action .

Thanks Chris for stepping out of the comfort zone of the changes and making it sing a different way. I play and most cats are redundant dare to be different good shit.

I TOO SING AMERICA I, too, sing America I am the darker brother. They send me to eat in the kitchen When company comes, But I laugh, And eat well, And grow strong. Tomorrow I'll be at the table When company comes. Nobody'll dare Say to me, "Eat in the kitchen" Then. Besides, They'll see how beautiful I am And be ashamed- I too, am America.

@MrJeanPhilippe007 his tone has that muscle like Trane, but I do hear Sonny in his phrasing.
-
I think that Chris has been more influenced by Rollins then Coltrane but one sure thing, compare to most of the tenor players that try to play that song like Coltrane, Potter really plays it in his own way!!!

Really nice rendition of giant steps almost sounds as if it is his own composition.
