Swing Lifts, How to do A-frame or Star

I couldn't find a how-to video for this move so I slapped one together myself! I've heard this move called Star and I've heard it called A-frame, but I've seen a different lift that was also called Star so I tend to call this one A-frame. Confused yet? :D
In this move, the lead will quickly lift the follow, dip so that the follow's hand touches the ground (or close enough), and then set her back on her feet to keep dancing.
