Gashaw Tahir, an American citizen, returned to his birth country of Ethiopia to find the green hills that surrounded his home eroded and ruined due to deforestation. So he decided to do something extraordinary: Plant one million trees.

He didn't plant any trees, he simply planted bamboo which is a type of grass.

He used a minimal amount of the $3 million over 3 years program to actually plant trees in Ethiopia. This money was awarded by the United States Agency for International Development. What he actually did was defraud the government by way of Landmark Education as a platform and used the money to his own benefit.

Make no mistake about it, this guy is not a hero at all. He is a scam artist and fraudster!

Como puedes ayudarlo? Planta un millon de arboles en tu comunidad... Espera! mucho mejor, planta un arbol este mes, solo UN arbol este mes, y el proximo mes planta dos y enseñale a tus hijos, hermano o hermanita, como hacerlo, y explicales porque es tan importante, entonces ten voluntad e invita a un amig@ o 2 y planta 3 arboles cada mes de este año. En solo 1 año habras plantado al menos 33 arboles que hace un año no existian.Y eso solo lo hizo una persona, TU... haz la diferencia!
