Justin's 67 firebird

This is my firebird that i just picked up. I just finished rebuilding the carburetor and changing the oil. The motor is a 67 pontiac 400 with ram air III heads built by Scott Shafiroff racing engines, demon 750cfm carb, th400 tci transmission and a 10 bolt posi rear. The smoke in the engine bay is oil that I spilled on the headers and the ticking noise is the header gaskets leaking the car sat for a while.

Excellent car, forget the wankers they probably drive rice bowls. The 67' is a great car in any shape. Just clean up the bodywork and you're away. Nice vid.

Sounds good man what cam did are you running. Also try using the "Remflex" exhaust gaskets. They work and seal amazing trust me i've used them and will never buy a different brand again! My headder was warped and these sealed them without even straightening the flange!

i'd take this car instead of a new/restavrated one, just the thougth that i have something like that in my garage waiting for me to put my hands on it is just making me feel like im in heaven.. and aspecially after i restavrate it gawd there cant be anything better for me to drive it knowing i build it from that kinda stage of wear and tear.
