Haha...wow the dumb comments on here, Kicker sucks, overpriced even if you think it is good, JL Audio is the same way. Ported boxes are better, what competition attendant uses a sealed box? Now I`m not talking those piece of shit prefab boxes, ones you calculate and tune yourself! And as for amps, like someone else said, don`t even waste your money on Non-CEA Compliant brands, They prob give half claimed power and with a clipped signal, THE WORST POSSIBLE THING TO DO IS CLIP YOUR SUBS/SPEAKERS!!

And as far as amps it depends on what type of amp ur talking about a 2000 watt boss amp will probably do like 900 watts and something like a sundown 2000 watt on a good electrical not no damn 4 or 8 gauge if ur amp will really put out 2000 watts ur going to need 0 gauge mor than 1 battery and just to be safe a better alternator but I would not give p1s 2000 watts just because rf makes some good products doesn't mean all of them are.
