true he should work to a pose and hold it 5-6 sec he already goes to another pose while barly completing the momentarly 1 but i gues this is just for fun so fuck it lol

nice V shape from the front and back...great overall physique with great pecs and abs and legs and a healthy "bulge" proves he is pumped and ready....

phil sucks at posing. he does not hold his poses long enough, just like most every other pro. same tempo holding poses the same amount of time each way through. generic transitions, generic music. this guy has perhaps the best body in the world. the crowd should be going crazy. the more poses u hit and the more u move around is not more entertaining in bodybuilding. this isn't dancing with the stars.

@JaKeth3snake are you kidding me?? i guarantee you did not have a body anywhere near as ripped as i am for my age (without the use of steroids) and only working out intensely for like 1 1/2 years

Phil deserves to be Mr. Olympia with his phenomenal physique. It is not a modeling contest, but Phil is outstandingly handsome.
