curcuma=curry. Also tumeric...Indian safran...jiang huang.
Recipe better without so much water. If you want potatoes, cook aside beforehand then add to mixture.
Use coconut milk, or even regular milk, to thin out instead.

sorry, i just read your comment? you mean the spices? the other amounts actually are specified in the beginning. I still didnt get to make it myself again. Maybe then I can add that information. thanks for your input :)
