Thanks Sheepa, Your words are truly encouraging and should be taken to heart by the support team of people on HCG. I agree that it is so important to help in their sucess that they stay away from those foods that are tempting to us!!
Today is my 19th day on vlcd with HCG and have lost 19.4 lbs! My BMI is 28.3 and my weight goal is 130!! So I will do phase 2twice! I also believe that this is Gods answered prayer for me also. God is so good!! Take care,peace and plenty always!! Cheryl
