The throb were an Australian Beat group who had a hit with a cover of the Rolling Stones Fortune Teller, this is the Follow up single and its a corker why was is not released over here or was it?
If anyone has any objections to the music or images in my videos please let me know and i will remove them.
the heady standard 'fortune teller' was written by allen toussaint under the psuedonym naomi neville, first recorded by benny spellman in '62.
the throb's version outsold the stones' tenfold in australia.

Thanx for the post. I'm sure i've heard this before (not on YT or anywhere on the 'net), so it must've been released here...
Like so many other bands of the era, the Throb seemed to have a lot of potential, just a pity their flame sparked for such a short time.
