You can order a supplement from Swanson's Vitamins online that has grapeseed extract and pine bark extract for a much better price than isotonix. Also, it comes in a pill and is easier to take.

my mom makes me take OPC every morning. I really dont notice any differance at all. Then again, i am a 17 year old with no health problems, and always have been pretty healthy.

Is it recomended by doctors? I don't know bout that, i was wondering too why she is outside? If her lupus was so severe she wouldn't be in the sun?

It's not a pill, it's a powder you mix with water. Anyway, there are a lot of benefits, too numerous to list.
