Birth of a Tornado in Calgary

This video shows the birth of a Tornado on the west side of Calgary on July 13,2011. It did briefly touch down but caused no damage other than very strong winds for a few minutes as it passed followed by a dead calm. Update: The Tornado caused more damage higher on the hill just past the rooftops in the last frames. It also caused damage in Griffith Woods Park in Discovery including one tree that fell on a duplex.
