4. We have so many ethnic and language and religious groups in our country. this constitution ignores all of that. It's no wonder that, e.g., the people in the south, shout for bangsamoro. And the Visayans claim ther to be a Manila Imperialism. We need a Charter Change. NOW!

1. The Constitution was implemented on the Filipinos by the Americans.
2. This constitution is the reason why the philippine judicial, executiva nad legsilative branch are by nature susceptible to corruption.
3. Since when does a democratic constitution take side on religion. It's supposed to be democratic, therefore religiously neutral, coz everyone has the right to choose. (And I'm a catholic saying this)
