Riding lilos down Glen Nevis. this involves jumping off Lower Falls, and travelling head first down fast flowing white water. The event is set up by NoFuss Events, in aid of Lochaber Mountain Rescue. Safety provided by Vertical Descents and Lochaber Mountain Rescue team

this looks so much fun i remember watching it from the bank when i was a kid im plannig on doing it next year but not sure of the fittness needed as im well no where near fit im 6ft1 and 20 st will it be hard for me to comlete .
