@JesterLic Ah, but that's not about who they were, it's just what they did. They chose the lesser of two evils (except Harvey), Joker chose the worst of two (or both) whenever possible. Though projection is incredibly common in psychopaths, narcissists, pathological liars, so Joker might have been technically telling what he thought was the truth.

@jangofettfan0001 he never lied about that everyone was corrupted and rotten to the core as he is.. see what happened to Harvey... see what Batman did, spying on all people of the entire city, see that Fox also let Batsy do his thing, while disagreeing.

@lumiere2020 While TDK wasn't as whimsical about it as the comic books, we still had 1 the pencil trick 2 the grenades not five minutes later, and the realization that Joker had those grenades already, didn't have to kill the guy with the pencil he could've just scared him off with the grenades, but he really wanted to kill someone 3 sneaking into Gambol's office in a body bag "How bout alive?" 4 the fire truck he set on fire 5 asking Gordon for the time

@lumiere2020 Yeah, that's kind of the point of the Joker, that you should be laughing, then realize how horrible it was, but then realize that that doesn't make it less funny, then realize that you are a bad person, then realize that that's what Joker wants to do to you.

@LongLiveLink3 Not completely, there is a portion of the TDK audience, and not a minority, who thinks the Joker wasn't Joking about not using guns or having plans.
