SP.com's PumpkinsMediaSiren was on hand April 17, 2009 to witness Billy Corgan and Mavis Staples share the stage for Chicago Tonights' 25th Anniversary Charity Concert in Chicago's Millennium Park. Here they both sing Staples' "Will The Circle Be Unbroken".

@fleurdupommier I don't have a criteria. We can no more know that he is not a God than someone who declares themselves to be one. There are/have been thousands of religions all based around belief rather than proof - who are we to say one is not right just because the 'God' looks like a normal guy and is on the e-mail. In a way it makes more sense than a religion in which there is no proof of existance :) -hope you understand my humour-

I was afraid that you wouldn't understand the humour behind my answer. However, does your criteria for god include the fact that your god believes in god and he has let people know that his god is not himself? :) Well, you have your own criteria, I have mine. I just sometimes get rather irritated by comments like that..:)

You have a very stereotypical idea of what a God is. Check out the Romans, the Greeks and Norse all kinds of Gods. Ultimately a God is about belief and I believe Billy to be the God of rock!

Well, for instance, has he ever declared himself as a God? Has anyone ever been cured by him? Has anyone ever felt that he is the one who's contacting them in more supernatural way than, say, by email?
