what is considered a short shaft lenght in electric i see minkota has a 36In length.
-
What oars are best the ones sold by boats to go or double sided kayaking oars. And what length is recommended for the 14ft I want to row for excercise. I can't run for a while.
-
I was thinking of getting an electric motor. Should i skip that and go for a small hp gas? and row? Can I go beyound the harbor where the kayakers usually go in So Cal?

The name is a little generous. Seeing the guy struggle to paddle was funny. You can paddle any boat with a kayak paddle, doesn't make it a kayak.

@boatstogo please show me this neuroelectromagnetic levitation effect for our appreciation. Thanks,

it looks like it would preform better with oars with oar locks rather than a paddle

It will go around 15 mph, no levitation...

how woulf it go with a 6hp

It would leave water surface and would fly couple inches just above water level due to the neuroelectromagnetic levitation effect.
