I filmed this one at the same time I did John Wayne Gacy Jr. and Untitled 01, but I forgot about it. Just found it again, so I figured I'd throw it up on here. It's not perfect, but let me know what you think!

"One Great City" was actually Winnipeg's little "tagline". I believe it's meant to be ironic in the title of the song.

And no, Winnipeg is a terrible city, in all honestly. There are some parts I like(the exchange district, mostly), but it's pretty trashy for the most part. When I look around everything is grey and square, devoid of any real life or creativity. I'm sure people will thumbs down this comment but living here has made me miserable. I fear being stuck here forever.

Almost everyone from winnipeg will say they hate winnipeg, but they'll defend it fiercely when someone else tries to bash it lol. It's a love-hate thing. At the end of the day, most people who move away from winnipeg will still call it home.

@wuhoooh I've always thought of this song as a bittersweet love song to a city. When living there, many of us suffer from what I refer to as "Winnipegger's Lament" but once you leave (and if you want to you will) if you hear someone slag your home town, it gets your back up.
