When I took Zumba, we just followed the instructor. She didn't give us any verbal instructions. I like this better. You are a good instructor.

Hi, I'm from New Jersey.. not that it really matters but I gained a lot of weight this summer and was wondering if just dancing like this would really work. I saw a commercial for Zumba and I don't know if I could lose weight like that from just dancing.

yes you can lose weight by doing Zumba religiously but you have to control your eating habits, no fats, no sweets, no junkfood and be good and optimistic in life
