Pizza Hut--Good to their customers, bad to their staff.
1)They pay servers less than minimum wage ("liquor servers" in a family resturant...right...)
2)Dont believe in raises for servers (EVER!)
3)Require tip out based on sales, not actual tips earned (guarenteeing tips for the kitchen, which results in risk to the server for each table taken) Customers shouldnt feel "required" to tip!!! Unfortionatly if they dont tip, their server makes less than minimum wage. Shame on you pizza hut!!!

@TheBustedlife I'm also a manager at a Pizza Hut. I agree 100% with you ... We do Care. @demonsrt4 there is some Pizza Hut's that use dough that is thawed out and some Pizza Hut that make there dough in store. Every Pizza Hut that I know have pastas. People need to understand we are 100% thinking of our guests all the time. No one in our company wants to deal with a guest mad. We don't make mistakes or have problems just to make you mad. We are human just like you. Things happen.
