another question, why arent there that much people?
and i will be going on the train tomoz departing from bristol to paddington, will the train look like that because it kinda looks dirty and old?

The trains have been refurbished since then and they have crammed far more seats into the standard class carriages. That train just happened to be empty which is very unusual.
