how do you do the last part? i realize that you fold the dorsal fin in somewhere but everywhere i try and put it it won't fit or it wont go thru. HELP!!!

Uh I'm not sure what you're referring to. One fin stays back, nonfolded, the other fin is folded to the side, so that when the halves are brought together it sticks up.
