Die clevere Besucherin

one day while i was watching out of my window, i saw a hooded crow sitting on a tree 10 meters away and watching at me. in that moment the idea to feed a crow without leaving the house was born. i decided to show her some food and how i lay it on my window board. and there she is.. since that day she gives me two visits a day.

22 Juli 2008:
she is not visiting me anymore.
just to let you know, that this "friendship" did never grow.

I love hooded crows. I wish that we had them in America. I enjoyed seeing them very much in England and Germany.

@camelsandfriends, as far as i know, they just made their way across the ocean. check out the video "European Hooded Crow makes it to America". there you can see a hooded crow in canada.

Eigentlich besitze ich nur eine Digitalkamera!

Das Video wurde natürlich mit einem Videobearbeitungsprogramm nachbearbeitet und so etwas interessanter gestaltet.

Nein, die Freundschaft hat nie das Vertrauen erreicht, dass ich mir damals gewünscht hatte.

Am 22 Juli 2008 (siehe VideoUpdate) habe ich den Versuch Ihr Vertrauen zu gewinnen eingestellt - Sie wird/wurde von zu vielen anderen Gefüttert!

You did a fine work Nudelsalatbomber and the layout of your channel was interesting, but a bit too dark. I used to own a black raven it had blue eyes, and was super intelligent. If you ask me it ate better than people I have seen in other places, and the many young people today.

It is rather frightening at first to deal with the tallons of these bird at first but when you graduate to bigger birds you move on up to leather gloves.

well, i LOVE and prefer the Darkness and that´s why i think it fit´s me as a person!

i think, it´s much better for a wild bird not to trust a human at all!at least as long he isn´t able to understand that not every human is friendly.
