yeah raw eggs could have simenella but its a low chance think about everytime u eat ice cream with cookie dough.

The tuna is protein, fish oil is good for your CNS (might be insignificant), eggs are protein and fat but the protein is absorbed better when it's cooked, not really enough banana for the right protein to carbohydrate ratio but they have fiber, and the hot sauce might act as a stimulant.

Overall, easily beaten in efficacy and taste by whey.

Oh i seriously have a good idea when u get the alcohol. My friend just made this up a while ago, he called it "homeless surprise". All you have to do is mix mayonnaise and vodka XD.

Drinking raw eggs is fine, with todays health standards it's very rare. I drink a raw egg to gross out my sister's friends all the time and I've yet to get sick.
