Guys, I think it is difficult for any politician - especially in a coalition to be 100% consistent. We need new ideas...SCRAP THE TV LICENCE, STOP TAKING MONEY FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE WHO SAVE FOR THEIR FUTURE - there are people who know how to MILK THE SYSTEM because they know exactly which BOXES TO TICK FOR BENEFITS - STOP IT - we need a Prime Minister with leadership who can take a good look at the BBC and see how much money is being pocketed - do we really need to pay for a BBC TV Licence?

@Kidbrookekid Brilliant! what a difference a year makes!

Soon sold yourself out for a bit of power, eh Nick?

that fat speaker thank god he is gone when he speaks and tells people to quiet down, makes me want to slap him and tell him to fucking wake up

Nick Clegg irritates me in that I don't think I've seen any other Politician that takes the talking with the hands thing quite as far as he does. also seems very deliberate and unnatural.

@Kidbrookekid I agree, I do think this is a historical moment for Britain to vote for a party that has never had a chance to prove what they can do.
If people read the manifestos of the political parties or if they listen carefully about what Clegg is saying, they'll find that the lib dems are the party to go for this election. ENOUGH of the same labservatives

i support the lib dems but i find this a little hypocritical. Clegg received £12000 for his morgage and in 2007 claimed the maximum for his second home of £23000.

Lets not when you can't even distinguish between them and Labour. He's just another spineless political correct tosser! Along with "Dave"
Hi Materabq,
Good point there. I think Clegg will get my vote in the next election though. I think the Lib Dems have some decent guys in their party (Lamb, Cable...etc) Let's get them elected - see what they can do......

Nick Clegg looks like he could be a good leader, appears to be tough and go get 'em. However, on the Liberal tone he can sound wishy-washy. He is a man to watch though. On "Expenses" we're all just as bad as they are ... given the chance. A lesson will be learnt here, at least for a time.
