@Generation941 I believe Shin Getter is about 200-ish feet tall. Shin Dragon I've heard is about the size of a city. There's also Getter Emperor who doesn't appear in the anime; its size seems to fluctuate in the media he appears in. At one point he towered over a galaxy.

They are okish size, around 30~40 meter I think, unless you mean getter robo emperor (only briefly mentioned. Its size is the length from Neptune to the Sun I think.
