One of the first things Bronco did as Coach was take to the team to LES one night and had them lay down on the field, close their eyes and listen to classic BYU moments over the PA system. This was to instill in the team who they were, what they represent, and where the program had been.....

Thanks Coach Lavell and to Coach Mendenhall they have inspired the BYU Cougars so much. It's just such a great spirit among the team. I'm a big big fan of BYU. We all should be thankful to these coaches.
