Down and Outs - Planet X, New Years Eve

Liverpool Punk rockers the Down and Outs sneaked into the abandoned venue Planet X on New Years Eve 04/05 and played a gig with Walk the Plank. The Ego was busy getting bevvied so we played as a 3 piece. The song is 'Another Night Alone'

that opening riff was stolen from a band called STATIC CLING who did a song called I WANNA BE A SAUSAGE on the Gong Show in the 1970's. Of course they got gonged....someone should gong this band on the head with mallets for stealing such a Hetfieldesque riff

i also spent alot of drunken/off me head times there as well,this is the new planet on hannover street,the old planet was pulled down years ago and turned into a car park. i have a lot of good memories of thay old place

I spent most of my teenage years at Planet, drunken hazy memories of Kenny and Dooreen and the tunnel bus! Am confusted tho cos this looks like Temple Street but am sure that was demolished before this date.  Can anyone confirm?
