They just want your money... As long as it ends in theft by the state, they don't give a shit. He lost $200 to the police state...

try protecting yourself on your own property and retreating to what you think is the "safety" of your own home..you will still stand trial..our homes are not our castles in this state...that is the message from our NH police...the people who are supposed to keep us safe.

Wow, that is a interesting issue... VA permit issued by VA court.. full faith and credit... while traveling out of state. I don't see how that worked bu kudos to Walker for getting the charge(s) dropped.

This is still a bad outcome. Mr. Walker did nothing wrong but now has a criminal record and has to pay a fine. I know it could have been a lot worse for him, but now the rest of us are going to have a harder time getting justice when the government comes after us.

So would this not mean that VA licenses since issued by the courts must be accepted/valid by ANY state; including states that do not have concealed carry? Anyone want to be the test case?
Perhaps I ought to be looking at this in a better or different light but I still think it's awful that the state hounded him and took his private earnings that he uses to support his family... again, the state is the aggressor.

... and they are still aggressive towards him.
If they swore an oath the the NH State Constitution, are not all of these frivolous charges null and void?
Does the bench imagine it's supposedly granted powers are above the rights of the people?
