The seating at the event was open; Kent Snyder started clapping and wanted us to be seated. There were no "reserved" signs, so I grabbed a seat at a table near the wall.

I was kind of disappointed because we were just a few people away from meeting Ron Paul and taking pictures with him.

So I picked the seat so that we could take pictures with at least the back of his head.

Next thing I knew, Ron Paul took a seat at the table I chose. I was immediately starstruck but could hold it together long enough to introduce myself and shake his hand.

This video was when he was still trying to figure out what to order, and I'm like, "Quick, take a shot showing me at the same table!"

Awesome. One of my finest moments! It made the 500 bucks worth every penny!

  • Dislike! - You are doing the "Borat" impression within 5 feet from Ron Paul!! After Dr. Ron Paul was being taken advantage of in a "interview" for the movie "Bruno" I find it very disrespectful to a man who has dedicated his life to the grass roots message of Constitutional rights, limited government, free markets, and a return to sound monetary policies.

  • @ghostrid3 Bruno came AFTER Borat, and I didn't have a DeLorean to know that RP would get disrespected.

  • "BOMBARD" them...

be careful, some people might think that's threatening hahahaha

  • hahaha I think he wasn't angry so much as he was passionate... I wouldn't have been a bitch ass after some numbfuck like Downeysyndrome said "I puke on you" and I liked Ron Paul's performance a lot.

  • I'm up to 600 bucks in contributions so far. With the stock market rocketing and my gold investments doing well, my goal is to target as much of the full amount as I can afford by month's end.

Yes, it is ironic that the decisions of the Federal Reserve to lower interest rates and print money is making me 'richer' so I can contribute the campaign that will eliminate the Federal Reserve.

    Go Ron Paul!

  • Right on pingish! Ron Paul is my favorite man in the universe!!!

From meeting him, I can say he's a truly humble yet friggin GENIUS!!!

I have nothing more to add to this discussion but :

    YAY!!!!!!!!!!!

  • good idea! DONE!

how big an audience does howard s. still have? I'm not up on tv/radio much...

  • Ron Paul was surprised that the Morton Downey Jr. episode had surfaced 20-years later. Overall, he didn't like the performance because it wasn't his personality to be that angry. He was because someone told him to be 'angry' for the show.

He said he wouldn't watch it again.

  • What did he say about the Morton show?

  • YOU LUCKY SON OF A BITCH!!
