@ermerritt Yeah I'm definately going to look a little more into this tomorrow but of course, for now, I'm going to sleep and do unfinished work haha. But this matter really keeps a person wondering what the hell is wrong with our country. They say Innocent until proven Guilty but in this case it's Guilty until proven Innocent. I guess some of those real hardcore rednecks just don't know how to read so they got it all screwed up.

@ermerritt I will continue to dislike certain sports teams and kinds of music but this is a real matter and I can't stand these retards with their slurs and judgemental attitudes. Let's say one man is innocent out of 100 people but I don't know who. I'm the kind of guy that would keep all 100 of those people alive to save the innocent man out of the bunch. And in reality, there will be many more than just one. How can a person even live with him/herself knowing they killed one innocent man?

@ermerritt I just read about the story and heard about everything recently, and I must say I understand the pain. I hate the death penalty as it stands but for people to have no physical evidence or anything and still kill a man many years after a crime is a huge injustice. I'm not going to say that he is completely innocent or take any sides in that regard but I do hate the death penalty and should he be innocent, RIP Troy Davis.

This could be happening to ANY of us! How can u convict a man with no murder weapon and when the case is obviously not resolved! There should not b a shadow of doubt if he's guilty... There is a doubt THIS AINT RIGHT! smh
