  • I'm trying to find more than lectures. Do you show any yoga or meditations? My emotions are literally killing me. I deal with severe depression and unexplained physical pain my heart hurts at times I'm only 34. I fell like I'm trying to will myself to die.

  • @2many2remember1 Depression means that one temporarily has lost the selfconfidence needed to grow. Understand that you are not different from anybody. Understand that you can learn what others have learned. Understand the need for patience and faith. Dont trust the thoughts that lead you away from that. Doubt the doubt. The moment you allow the learning to happen, it will happen. Smiling may be somewhat painful sometimes, but it is the greatest magic, the greatest yoga.

  • "You are not helpful to me" is a great response.

  • To me or to some useless negative emotion ? :-)

  • Hi,

I am interested in seeing this series but

R3 says no longer available. Can you please make it available again ? I feel like this one in particular could be very helpful for me.

    thanks

  • where can i get the book?

  • The concept of automated emotional response is extremely accurate. It "empowers" the individual to recognize emotions for what they are, survival instinct - fight or flight, mating, etc. As rational people we can either embrace or reject this concept as a personal discipline. However, where do the unrational persons of our world fit into this concept as a whole? Not only do they affect our ability to remain emotionally controlled, but most times they are personally self-destructive.

  • Oh, to some useless negative emotion. LOL

  • emotions are automated responses
